Culinary Arts students returned with a vast amount of new knowledge from their DECA state competition held in Burlington, Vermont. DECA is a student run non-profit organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management.  As a competition-based event, many of the HACTC’s students left with medals and prizes in hand.
